Triple Berry Smoothie

This is seriously one of the best smoothies I’ve ever made.  After Christmas, I need some serious detoxing from food and this smoothie, fits the bill!  It’s made with a baby kale & spinach mix, along with a banana, triple mixed berries, almond milk, water and Chia seeds.

The Chia seeds are full of fiber and will help keep you full. With this smoothie, you’re getting great servings of veggies, fruit, fiber & calcium. But the triple berries flavor this smoothie perfectly!


Triple Berry Smoothie

2 cups of baby spinach & kale mix

1 cup of almond milk

1 cup of water

1 banana

1 1/2 cups of triple berry mix, or whatever berries you have

In your blender combine spinach/kale, almond milk & water, blend until smooth.  Then add banana and berries, blend.  After everything is smooth, add Chia seeds and blend well. Pour into a Blingy cup you husband gave you for Christmas and take pictures of it with the camera your awesome daughter gave you for Christmas!
