Yesterday recipe was three ingredients, today’s is two! It’s super simple, but everyone I give it to, loves it! It’s also really fast, the longest part is melting the chocolate, then you just let it set up and break into pieces.
Chocolate Covered Peanuts Bark
1 pkg of Almond Bark
1 9 oz. can of cocktail peanuts
Microwave chocolate 30 seconds at a time on high, stirring each time until very smooth. Pour peanuts into chocolate and stir, then pour out onto a wax paper lined baking sheet. Allow to cool and harden, then break into pieces.
