Don’t they look festive! They are so simple to do, it takes longer to scoop them into the muffin tin than it does to make them. And only three ingredients, it doesn’t get any better than that!
Chopped pecans, a bag of caramel bits & Almond Bark.
1 16 oz. package of Almond Bark
1 11 oz. package of Caramel Bits
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
In a microwaveable bowl melt chocolate 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and smooth, stir in caramels and pecans, then scoop them into a mini muffin pan lined with wrappers.
