Nice fresh corn, with buttery herb mixture to bring out all the flavors and yummyness of a summertime staple, oh yeah!
Corn right now is going crazy in my neck of the woods, we try to it while it’s fresh, and if you’ve followed me very long you know I love foil packs. Foil packs are a great way to grill up some corn, the foil steams it, the butter melts and the herbs flavor it up for you. Plus you don’t have to tend to it when its on the grill, all that’s required is you flip it once
Mix up some soften butter, with Parmesan Cheese, thyme, chives and a little salt if your butter is unsalted.
Put some rounds of the butter on the corn, wrap it up & grill for 15 to 20 minutes while you’re getting the rest of dinner together and you’re ready for dinner!
